You long for more togetherness where you can explore your emotional and physical intimacy in a non-judgmental space. You want to be accepted, be seen, find peace, be playful, and reclaim your life.

I believe relationships have the potential to heal outdated coping patterns. My approach offers a safe space to explore your history, habits, relationship dynamics, and strengths. I work with couples (expecting/new parents, high-conflict, pre-marital), people pleasers, grief, retrieval of self after a divorce/break up, and clients exploring their sexuality.

I'm dedicated to helping clients find agency in their relationships during transitions in life. We'll work on your unique goals to build self-trust, communicate, let go, and find fulfillment.
