I believe all people are capable of change and growth. Deciding to come to counseling can be scary, or feel strange at first, but we were created to be in relationship with others. I come alongside my clients to help them identify areas where change is needed and we work together to find solutions in a safe space. Safe, secure relationships are where growth happens.
I worked as a middle school counselor for thirteen years and have worked with older teens and adults in other capacities. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults and welcome all of the confusion and new discoveries that come with transitioning to adulthood. I also find it refreshing to work with adults and see a wide variety of ages.
I am open Wednesday and Thursday and taking appointments from 8:30 to 4:00 either in my office or with telehealth. You can call, email, or text to set up an appointment. I'd love to hear from you.
