I like to use my background as a yoga instructor and reiki practitioner intermixed with evidenced based therapies like EMDR to help you understand your past and to forge a path forward that feels unburdened.
In addition to my training as a therapist I also have 20 years of experience working on crisis hotlines, in hospitals, treatment centers, as well as in palliative and hospice care.
