I provide individual therapy for adults enable them to make the changes they envision in life. I assist clients struggling with job loss, significant health issues, life and social transitions, anxiety and depression following life changes, and living through a pandemic. I work with clients from differing backgrounds, ethnicities, and faith traditions, operating under many different family and relationship models. I have experience working with alternative relationship configurations, including polyamorous, kink, and other non-traditional practices. I work with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients and engage in anti-racism and ally-ship.
I am trained in Clinical Counseling and Spiritual Integration. I use eclectic approaches enables the client to access all their strengths in order to reflect, acknowledge and achieve set goals in a supported manner. I am also trained in n Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a type of psychotherapy with growing evidence of effectiveness.
I wholeheartedly believe that therapy and the therapeutic relationship we build together provides a space to make healing, self-awareness, and personal growth more attainable. My aim is to empower you to manifest the change you want to see in your life.
