Difficult seasons create opportunities for growth & insight and help you to learn more about yourself and others. Healing is possible no matter what the problem is and I’m here to help you discover what that looks like! I have worked with diverse groups of children and adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings.

I have extensive experience w/ anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma/abuse, self-esteem issues, marital/relationship discord, parenting struggles, anger management, behavioral issues, bullying, grief & loss, & postpartum depression & anxiety. My approach is warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, integrative, holistic, multicultural, & strengths-based.
