My approach is active, warm, direct, compassionate, and I also bring in humor and levity. I'm trained in depth therapy as well as EMDR which means that we can go beyond coping and symptom management and get to the root causes of the distress or stuckness that you're feeling. Even if you've tried therapy before or aren't sure about it, healing is possible.
Therapy can be a rich and beautiful journey to embark on, and also an adventure into the unknown. The process can result in more spaciousness, possibility, and connection and it can also take courage to reach out. Burnout Support for Healthcare Workers
