I provide individual therapy to older adolescents and adults of all ages. I am drawn to working with individuals who want to resolve issues stemming from childhood and or adult trauma adversities. The areas I most work with are trauma and somatic related disorders, depression, mood and schizoaffective disorders, ADHD and learning difficulties, interpersonal relationship skills, narcissistic abuse, phase of life issues, and spiritual concerns/issues. Furthermore, I am passionate to assist individuals who are suffering with health issues, traumatic brain injury, and strokes to overcome mental and physical barriers.
Human behavior is driven from unconscious processes and early development has an impact on adult functioning. I will help you through the process of insight, awareness, and interpersonal change while remaining neutral, validating, teaching, challenging underline core issues and beliefs all in a calm trusting environment.
We all go through challenges at one time or another in life. My approach in therapy is to empower you, help you identify and amplify change through your strengths and what works best for you. I practice eclectic psychotherapy drawing from many evidenced based approaches to meet your needs. I am here to help you!
