About
Feeling stuck, at a crossroad? Sometimes you're not even sure what is wrong but you just feel off. Everyone experiences difficulty in their life. Even the strongest of us can feel lost, unsure, ambivalent or unhappy at times. You don't have to be on life's journey alone. As a counselor I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you, and how to do it successfully. I utilize the art and science of counseling to create a safe and accepting environment in developing a trusting partnership with you to help you in your journey.
I am passionate about helping clients develop insight and personal awareness, to enhance well-being, achieve personal growth and spiritual enlightenment. Everyone has value and worth, but we don't always live from that truth. I believe that you have the strength not to just survive but to thrive!
My Christian faith guides my work as a counselor. I incorporate a faith based perspective with evidenced based psychotherapy and counseling techniques. Professionally, I respect and value all individuals. Non-Christian and non-religious clients will feel accepted and safe when working with me.
