I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, receiving my Masters in Social Work from Florida State University. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship problems.

Shelly views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative process that utilizes family systems and cognitive behavioral interventions. I aim to provide a comfortable and trusting environment where the client feels supported, respected and understood.

I primarily work with adult clients to help them learn tools that will challenge maladaptive patterns and empower them to move forward and embrace their issues, so that they may once again have the control over their lives that they once had.
