My background in therapy is diverse. I have worked with young adults who were homeless in a large urban setting, provided in-home family therapy in rural Wisconsin, worked in a community-based mental health clinic, and in a large hospital. What I have found at the end of the day is that all people just want to live their best lives.
I believe in open communication. I can be direct, however, I always want you to feel like you can disagree with me or let me know if I have missed something. I welcome this. I want this to be a non-judgmental and safe space where you can face life's challenges.
