I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and work with all ages from 13 yrs old and up. I work with all types of problems that people may encounter. I like supporting people in making new goals, understanding and handling things better in their lives and working problems out with the ones they love. I will stand beside you as you go through the tough things and support you in improving your life on your terms. I am also a supervisor for MFTs working towards licensure.
I follow a more humanistic approach and the “here and now” of Gestalt. I use approaches that are geared towards the individual I am working with and what works best for that individual. I work to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to work on areas of your life in a judge-free zone.
