My ideal client is someone who’s holding it together on the outside but falling apart inside. They may be a child, teen, or adult struggling with trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relationship stress. Many know the coping skills but can’t access them when triggered. They’re tired of talk-only therapy and want tools that actually work. Their goal is to feel calmer, more grounded, and in control—healing past wounds, strengthening boundaries, and responding instead of reacting.

I work with children learning to manage big emotions, families navigating behavioral challenges or ADHD, and adults healing from trauma, anxiety, or PTSD. My approach is compassionate and collaborative — focused on helping each client feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
