Hello, my name is Shelly Collins. I have been a therapist for 10 years and have extensive experience with children, families, custody issues, I have a certification in domestic violence and sexual assault response and have been working in crisis services for several years. I look forward to walking with you in your therapy journey. I work with clients from infant to elder and will help you in working through issues that may be current or past.
I am very person centered but do focus on attachment and historical issues. I am very straightforward and hope you can be the same way. Asking for what you need is important to be able to understand the why.
I enjoy helping others and at one point in my life I had an amazing therapist that was very helpful but would not allow me to make excuses or stop working through my issues. I approach your goals with you but will guide you when you come to a block.
