I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 7 years clinical experience in the mental health field. I provide individual, family, marriage, and couples therapy. My treatment approaches include: a Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), the Gottman Method for couple’s therapy, neuropsychobiological approaches that promote brain regulation, body-mind interventions such as Meditation, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Yoga.
My areas of interest include working with individuals and couples experientially and using creativity to improve safety and connection. I offer individuals and couples the opportunity to reconnect with their body-mind to create safety and connection in relationships. As we promote personal healing our capacity for presence and compassion deepens.
Individually I will explore with you any issues you present and work at your pace to improve whatever areas you would like to focus on. In couples and/or marital counseling I will provide a safe place for you and your partner to reconnect and work toward a secure-functioning relationship.
