Hi! I'm Shelly, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, specializing in Mental Health Disorders as well as Substance Abuse Disorders in individuals from all walks of life and from ages 12 and up.
Utilizing mindfulness-based techniques, CBT, and other various styles of psychotherapy to provide a person-centered approach to help you reach your therapy goals.
