I'm a bilingual Latina therapist specializing in supporting BIPOC & first-generation individuals healing from sexual trauma, PTSD, family/cultural expectations, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I understand the unique experiences of carrying responsibilities, expectations, and identities that perhaps feel difficult to navigate alone. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and culturally aware, creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. I also support couples seeking to strengthen connection and heal together. I'm here to meet you where you are, without judgement.

I support teens and adults healing from trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I use holistic and evidence based approaches to help you process experiences, reconnect with yourself, and build healthier patterns. For those wanting to process trauma in order ways, I also practice EMDR and Play therapy.

Starting therapy can feel awkward or even scary, especially if you haven't felt safe enough to express your thoughts and emotions.
