I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latina therapist who specializes in supporting BIPOC and first-generation individuals, including those healing from sexual trauma, PTSD, family or cultural pressures, anxiety, and relationship issues. My approach is collaborative, culturally aware, and grounded in helping you feel safe, seen, and understood. My goal is to create a safe space for your healing.
I support teens and adults healing from trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Using EMDR and trauma-focused CBT, I take a holistic approach to help you process experiences, reconnect with yourself, and build healthier patterns.
