As a first-generation daughter of immigrants who grew up in Nashville, I understand first-hand the importance of learning to love and embrace who you truly are. I integrate different modalities that tailor to each client’s personal needs. Additionally, I am part of the hispanic/latinx community and provide bilingual services in both English & Español.
I enjoy utilizing a holistic and integrative approach in therapy. I truly believe that because the mind, body, and spirit are connected, it is important that each of the holistic parts are recognized in therapy. I specialize in dissociation, relationships, anxiety, depression, immigrant + refugee individuals, teens, PTSD, and sexual assault.
