As a Licensed Chiropractor with a background in Psychology, Human Biology, and Kinesiology, my passion lies in providing a holistic approach to health that integrates both physical and mental well-being. In my practice, I have found that many patients seek not just physical relief but also a space to discuss their emotional and mental challenges. This realization inspired me to pursue a counseling degree, allowing me to address not only musculoskeletal issues but also mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and severe conditions like psychosis and schizophrenia.
My ultimate goal is to create a safe environment where individuals facing life’s toughest challenges can find the help they need. Whether it is dealing with homelessness, poverty, or complex mental health issues, I am committed to guiding my clients toward growth.
