As a Jungian analyst in training, with 30+ years experience, I provide depth psychotherapy for people suffering from personal or collective trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, relationship, identity concerns, grief and loss, religious injury, emptiness, creative blocks, and career and life transition struggles. Jungian psychotherapy not only addresses one's immediate personal life problems, but also explores the underlying psychological and spiritual issues that might be contributing to your suffering. It can provide an opportunity to become more conscious of unhealthy and maladaptive patterns and increase overall well-being.

I provide a non-judgmental space where we can explore your suffering, symptoms, life story and past traumas/woundings. I draw from extensive life and therapeutic experience. Dreams and other imaginative, symbolic approaches are important in that exploration and lead to both problem solving and a more conscious sense of the meaning and purpose of your life.

My therapeutic style is straight forward, authentic, relationship oriented, and passionate for the work we do together. I began in the addictions field and continually strive to deepen my understanding/knowledge of the alchemical process of healing. I am training to become a Jungian Analyst and believe in a growth rather than pathology oriented process.

Unfolding the meaning of a dream into conscious understanding provides a rich source of inner guidance, self-understanding and healing. This soul-centered & educational group is designed for men and women who know there is richness in their dreams. In the safe container of a small group, we will explore the gifts of the unconscious through reading, discussion, and the creative process. We will bring to consciousness the messages we receive from the dream maker. Participants will need to keep a dream journal.
