I am available for working adults with busy schedules, offering after-hours appointments to accommodate your needs. I provide parenting support for challenging behaviors, helping you learn how to better communicate with and understand your children. My approach to therapy involves teaching parenting skills, life skills, and anger management techniques. I offer support for issues related to divorce, depression, and the unique challenges faced by grandparents raising children of the new generation.
I focus on working with individuals and couples, providing honest and supportive guidance as you navigate the stress of everyday real-life issues. I communicate in a direct and supportive manner, aiming to help you develop practical skills and insights to improve your life and relationships.
