I believe that as human beings we long for, crave, and need for our survival connection with one another. Some of our most cherished connective relationships are within families particularly between spouses, parents, and children. These relationships can be filled with joy. They can also be filled with pain and heartache. While navigating life, sometimes we need help with these relationships, whether the relationship is with self or others.
I believe in the possibility of re-establishing the love, trust and hope that may have vanished. Sometimes it's working with a couple who feel stuck, stagnant, or is experiencing pain and heartache. Sometimes it's working with individuals as they navigate from pain to relief and newness of life. I also love working with pre-marital and newly married couples.
I offer hope in healing, individually and relationally. In the therapeutic relationship, we work together to create an atmosphere of safety where emotions can be explored, communication skills can be acquired, and love and trust can be restored individually and within relationships.
