I'm so glad you're considering taking this next step. Life is challenging and often interrupted by stress, relationship challenges, and loss. We all crave a fulfilling life that is full of hope, connection, and meaning. Relationships with a spouse, partner, child, parent, siblings, roommates, and even co-workers are central to our emotional well-being. I have advanced training in EFT, which is used to create secure connections. Conflict in our close relationships can cause pain, loneliness, isolation, and trauma. I also have advanced training in CPT trauma therapy and EMDR to support people in healing from trauma.

I have worked in various capacities over 20 years. I create a safe and comfortable space and work collaboratively with people to find peace within themselves and provide tools to improve their relationships. I can support you in decreasing your anxiety and stress and reduce the feelings of isolation and loneliness that contribute to depressed mood.
