I'm so glad you're considering taking this next step. Life is challenging and often interrupted by stress, relationship challenges, and loss. I have advanced training in EFT which focuses on creating connections. These close relationships often create a significant amount of stress, pain, and even loneliness, isolation and trauma. I also have advanced training in CPT trauma therapy to help people heal from trauma.
I have worked in various capacities over 20 years. I create a safe and comfortable space and work collaboratively with people to find peace within themselves and provide tools to improve their relationships. I can support you in decreasing your anxiety and stress and reduce the feelings of isolation and loneliness that contribute to depressed mood.
