I am licensed to practice clinical social work in multiple states to include Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, and Maryland.
As a clinician, I believe counseling is not “one size fits all” and tailor my approach for each client’s needs. I strive to provide client’s with a non judgmental, safe and supportive environment and utilize a person centered approach to meet clients where they are, help them identify where they want to be, and assist/enable them to meet their goals.
When working with clients, I use a variety of evidence based treatment approaches to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy
