Life's challenges can cause emotional distress and affect one’s happiness and/or capability to function. Are you struggling with life's challenges? It's my hope to assist you in returning to the joys of life by employing a personalized approach to each counseling session. I see young adults and adults experiencing most life circumstances, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, boundary and family of origin issues, with a specialty in the areas of infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression/anxiety, and new parent transitions.
The desire to become a Counselor began during my infertility struggle. Miscarriages and failed treatments caused disappointment and heartache trying to conceive; however, it educated me on the challenges of the infertility journey. Overcoming the emotional rollercoaster of infertility equipped me to help others navigate their own journeys in life.
At the end of the day, my hope is that my warm, authentic, and empathic nature create a space where clients feel safe to explore their path to true peace and healing.
