About
Change is possible, but it doesn’t happen overnight. Change happens in the small, countless decisions we make daily. It would be my honor to be a part of your journey. My goal in counseling is to create a warm, welcoming and honest space for you to process, develop new skills and create greater resiliency. I aim to meet you in the areas you feel stuck and help you create space to gain new perspective.
I offer a holistic approach to working with adults utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and client-centered approach. I am open to incorporating faith into our discussions per client’s request, and while I welcome working with clients of any faith, am personally a Christian.
I particularly enjoy working with women as they navigate personal relationships, career, and motherhood. "Here's to seeking out joy in the waiting, beauty in the ordinary, and hope in unexpected places." -MHN
