Aloha, with 25 years of experience, I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the challenges of parenthood. Life can feel overwhelming, leaving us disconnected from ourselves or struggling in our relationships. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or your child, therapy can be a place to feel understood, find clarity, and move toward greater connection and well-being.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening with curiosity and compassion and find an approach that fits. My work draws from IFS, Brainspotting, EMDR, and play therapy, allowing us to work with deeper emotional patterns that can be difficult to change through talking alone.
For children, I work with anxiety, big emotions, behavior changes/challenges, family stress, and difficult transitions. I also help parents understand what may be underneath their child’s behavior and find ways to strengthen connection at home. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
