Life inevitably involves some pain, but it is not necessary to suffer needlessly. If you seek some relief and would like a greater degree of peace, I may be able to help. What I offer is to support you in finding clarity, and then accessing your inherent wisdom to develop a kinder, sometimes more realistic perspective, and some steps toward relief or beginnings of a solution. I bring a compassionate and educated approach, and actively collaborate with you on what could be most helpful.

I will support you in finding and strengthening your relationship with your inner wisdom, and to practice compassion, which can increase security with self. I often look, with you, at current problems in context of your past, which can help with understanding. I work with talk therapy and body-based approaches.

I embrace the belief that each person is precious and unique. My tendency is to support you in moving towards your true essence, your genuine self.
