What I offer is to support you in finding clarity, accessing your inherent wisdom to develop a kinder, often more realistic perspective, and then identify and begin to take steps to help you feel relief and works towards a solution. This solution may include a change in lifestyle or in your perspective. I bring a compassionate and educated approach, and actively collaborate with you on what could be most helpful.

I will support you in finding and strengthening your relationship with your inner wisdom, and to practice compassion, which can increase security with self. I often look, with you, at current problems in context of your past, which can help with understanding. I work with talk therapy and body-based approaches.
