Hi! I’m so excited that you’ve decided to seek some support. I have almost 15 years of experience working with clients in private practice, schools, military bases, in and out patient treatment centers. My approach to counseling is to partner with you to determine what’s working and what’s not. I then support you as you decide what changes you’d like to make and together we’ll create the steps to make those changes.
My specialties include anxiety/depression, relationship issues, addiction, coping and more. I believe in you and your ability to create the life you want. My style is warm, empathetic and direct. I use a variety of interventions depending on what your needs are. Counseling is never a “one size fits all.”
