Congratulations! You've taken the first step toward feeling better by reaching out for support. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 26 years of experience successfully helping clients with such issues as stress and anxiety, family conflicts, self esteem, & depression. My style of therapy is very upfront, as I have found that being direct with clients (and them being direct as well) has been the most effective way to progress through challenges. At the same time, I work hard to treat everyone with respect and compassion. I also love to laugh, and utilize humor as part of my therapy regularly.
I have worked with a diverse population of clients, but feel that my best work has been with women who struggle with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.
I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that effectively meets your needs and increases overall happiness and life satisfaction.
