I know that trying to cope with added pressures in life while working our way out of a pandemic and into inflation can create a lot of anxiety and depressive symptoms. What is often overlooked is the fear, guilt, loss, anger, and sadness associated with the changes it has brought to your life and those around you. I have 23 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field, serving all ages at various levels of care. We will work together to alleviate stress-related symptoms from work, life, relationships, parent/ child issues, substance abuse struggles, or chronic health issues.
