Hello, I’m Shelley. I’ve had the privilege of working with both adult and adolescent clients in community mental health and private practice settings. My approach is rooted in feminist, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and harm reduction perspectives. I deeply honor the therapeutic relationship, believing it to be vital to the process of change. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our teen, our pets, friends, and family. I also enjoy tackling home improvement projects like gardening and painting.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating mood and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about working with clients who have experienced spiritual, sexual, emotional, or physical trauma, as well as supporting caregivers.
