Hello, I'm Shelley (she/her). I've been independently licensed in Indiana since 2014, in Kentucky since 2021, and now also in Colorado. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with both adult and adolescent clients in community mental health and private practice settings. My approach to therapy is rooted in a feminist psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and harm reduction perspective. I deeply honor the therapeutic relationship, believing it to be vital to the process of change.

I have experience working with clients navigating mood and anxiety disorders and posttraumatic stress. I have a great deal of passion for working with queer folks who have experienced spiritual, sexual, emotional and/or physical trauma. I also enjoy working with parents and caregivers.
