As a therapist, I work with you to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in your life. I understand that deciding to seek help can be difficult, so I use a compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental approach to create an environment where you feel supported on your counseling journey.
I work with all ages but have an expertise with young adults, new mothers, families, and couples. My specialty with my degree allows me to provide individual and family therapies to clients who may be struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, and marital and relationship conflicts.
