With more than 35 years of experience as a practicing psychotherapist, I provide thoughtful, individualized therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and major life transitions. My psychodynamic, insight-oriented approach goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we explore the underlying patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be contributing to the difficulties you’re experiencing today. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring what may be holding you back.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, I conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including ADHD, custody, vocational, and forensic assessments. For more than a decade, I have also served as a contributing relationship columnist for MacombNow Magazine, where I share practical guidance on relationships, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
