Hello! I’m Shelley, and I’ve been providing mental health therapy in Colorado for over 20 years. My background is in outpatient community mental health, and I have a master’s degree in guidance and counseling. I've been specializing in treating trauma, depression, LGBTQ and trans, anxiety and ADHD, grief and loss, and other issues with adults.
Using evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Mindfulness, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I partner with you to help you achieve the behavioral health goals you desire.
