Hello, I’m Shelley. I’ve had the privilege of working with both adult and adolescent clients in community mental health and private practice settings. My approach is rooted in feminist, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and harm reduction perspectives. I deeply honor the therapeutic relationship, believing it to be vital to the process of change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our teen. We love to play outside with our pets and being with friends and family. We are often tackling home improvement projects like gardening and painting.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating mood and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about working with clients who have experienced spiritual, sexual, emotional, or physical trauma, as well as supporting caregivers.
