The need for therapy can arise from a number of personal challenges such as family conflicts, work or school problems, sudden losses, life transitions, daily stressors and mood instability. Being a licensed therapist allows me the opportunity to share the gift of psychotherapy with many struggling with mental illness and daily life trails. I foster individuals growth through implementing healthier coping skills, changing thought process, empowering change in behaviors and instilling hope. Making an amazing impact on families and communities is my ultimate goal.
Specific issues that we could address are Anxiety & Depression, Crisis Intervention, Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Stress Management, Interpersonal Trauma, PTSD, Grief, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Parenting Skills, Dual Diagnosis Treatment and other mental health illness.
