About
Life is a journey! That journey has many chapters, where some may not go as expected. My passion is to help people find peace with difficult life chapters. The issues that fill the chapters of life do not have to affect your story negatively. If they have and you are ready to close those chapters, I am here to help. I will listen to your story with the goal of walking through those issues with you. It is time to live your life to the fullest!
My approach to counseling is person-centered. I have experience with a broad range of issues including post-abortive women and teen girls. I will use tools and techniques from cognitive-behavioral theory, narrative theory, and emotionally focused individual theory. I welcome clients of all backgrounds; knowing your story is as unique as you!
I desire to help guide people through the chaos of life. I am ready to walk through those issues with you. I will listen to your story attentively to help you understand your story and how it impacts your life. I will provide a non-judgmental atmosphere where you will feel safe and accepted. I will respect your story because you are the expert of your life.
