Sometimes life gets hard and talking with someone is helpful. My approach to counseling is holistic and allows my clients to ground in their reality, explore their authentic self as well as find self-regulation through their personal competencies and experiences. We will partner together to help you formulate and understand this view of yourself.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and with training in integrative somatic parts work, we will work together in session to understand how your body processes feelings, emotions and events, what parts of you are active, the difference between those things and how you can move forward in the way that works best for you.
