About
I graduated with my Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. I am a published author and community advocate. My therapeutic practice includes individual, group, and couples counseling to those who need guidance navigating through crisis and conflicts, grief, depression and other emotional life issues. I also offer specialized training in addiction counseling. Psychotherapy is an effective tool in addressing issues that interfere with recovery.
People struggling with addictions, and their loved ones, greatly benefit from therapy that guides them to a deeper insight than with 12-step work alone. I utilize an array of tools to assist clients, bringing into the therapeutic process various types of recovery experience.
