Feeling stuck? Overwhelmed? Dealing with life transitions? You may feel a lack of hope or be uncertain of your purpose in life. These feelings may come in the form of depression, anxiety, panic attacks or be a result of past trauma. My clients are looking for direction and change in their lives to free themselves from oppressive narratives and negative patterns of thinking. I believe in empowering my clients and walking alongside them during their healing journey.
I am passionate about working with young adults to seniors. I have experience working with clients on issues pertaining to work, identity, relationships, and sexuality. I work with my clients using an open dialogue to find root causes of current behaviors and thinking patterns to help them change. I offer a change-based focus to treatment that gets results.
