Life can be an overwhelming and a confusing puzzle at times. Therapy allows you to take the time to carefully pick up those pieces and create a life that you can be at peace with. My therapeutic style is one that balances real connection with honest conversations. I collaborate with clients to create a judgement free space that will also challenge you directly to reach the goals you want to achieve. Together, we can find the right tools to help you cope with stress and navigate relationship dynamics. By exploring patterns and learning new skills in therapy, you can gain a renewed sense of confidence and strength.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, religious concerns, family conflict, and trauma. I also specialize in couples and family issues. My approach consists of a mixture of techniques and philosophies, including attachment-based therapies, CBT, and narrative therapy. Attention and sensitivity to culture and identity is always taken into account.
On a personal level, I love spending time with my husband and young children. I enjoy watching a good movie and dancing to upbeat music. And of course my passion to help and support others has led me to be a therapist. You deserve to thrive in mental health and emotional wellness! When you are ready to take the next step, I am here to assist you.
