Welcome! I am a trauma and attachment based therapist dedicated to walking with those who are ready to begin their healing journey, those who want to heal but don’t know how, and those who just need someone to sit with them in the unknown. I bring an expertise to understanding and healing from eating disorders and body image issues, sexual and domestic violence, symptoms of PTSD, and childhood trauma. I place an emphasis on repairing inner child wounds and building a sense of self. I also frequently work with mood and personality disorders.
