With individual women, I will help you face your fears and their origins, develop your voice and identify your passions in life. In my couples work, I help you bridge communication gaps, transform conflict into connection and process through your pain and heartache while allowing it to deepen and grow your vulnerability and trust in one another.

Together, we will explore your past, re-create your present and look toward your future in order to build resilience, pursue healing and develop confidence in who you have been created to be. I'm never the expert on your life; you are! And in our work, you'll find the space to access your potential that I know is just around the corner.
