Groups
Adult BIPOC Grief Support Group

Experiencing the death of a loved one is one of the most difficult scenarios we face in life. As BIPOC folks, our individual death loss grief intertwines with the grief we hold when witnessing the systemic violence that leads to death loss of our community members and cultures at large. This group is an opportunity for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to share community with each other and hold a unique healing space for both our individual and communal stories. *Group is slated to be virtual, with in person meeting opportunities depending on interest*

Adult Pet Loss Support Group

When our beloved pets die, whether we were anticipating it or not, our worlds can turn upside down. Pets become our family members, our secure attachment figures, and sparks of joy in our every day lives. We curate our lives around their schedules. When all of this stops, we feel overwhelming sadness, longing, and emptiness that we’re expected to “get over” or replace immediately with another furry family member. This group is a space for adults to grieve the pets they loved and loss and learn how to continue to honor them.

Dead Dad Club (Grief Support Group)

Experiencing the death of a parent is one of the most difficult scenarios we face in life. The death of a father is a unique relationship to grieve. Fathers are a primary family member whose absence is felt by the shifts and changes to the family dynamic after their death. This group is an opportunity for adults who experienced the death of their fathers to share community with each other and hold a unique healing space for both our individual and communal stories.
