I primarily utilize ACT and work with clients to live a values-driven life. I have a heart for working with teens, young adults, and women in a trauma informed approach. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, family, and peer conflict, LBGTQ+, and gender issues. I am also trained in EMDR and somatic techniques.
I offer a nonjudgmental safe space for clients to be free to express themselves and explore opportunities for growth. I strive to create a diverse, inclusive, accepting, and welcoming space for all; and I look forward to working with you on your journey.
