I strive to create a safe space for you to feel that you can be heard and understood – potentially for the first time. I believe that counseling should be a non-judgmental and accepting experience. As we work together I will utilize various different techniques all tailored to your needs. I hope to provide you with new coping skills to help you heal.
The theories that I utilize in counseling can be particularly helpful for someone who has experienced trauma. However, they can also be effective in treating a wide variety of conditions such as anxiety and depression. It is most important to me that you feel heard. Together, through the counseling relationship, we will find ways to help you heal and grow.
