I specialize in helping people recover from trauma and grief. I am EMDR trained with kids, teens, and adults. I work best with clients who are ready to take the next step in their healing journey, but might need a little help along the way. I often incorporate elements of narrative work, IFS, mindfulness, and experiential techniques into my practice. I offer my services to children, teens, and adults who are seeking help for grief and loss, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals, children, and teens. My approach integrates compassion, straight-forwardness, humor, and strengths-based work. I work primarily with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I am EMDR trained to work with children, teens, and adults.
