I use EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal-informed therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work. These approaches help clients process unresolved trauma, reduce anxiety and stress, and develop healthier patterns so they can experience lasting emotional well-being.
