My attitude towards therapy is that there is not one universal method that works best for anyone, therefore, I use an appropriate blend of modalities to help you overcome whatever you are currently experiencing. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I am here to help you navigate the difficulties you are currently facing. I concentrate on developing a partnership with clients to identify strengths and areas of potential growth to make meaning and implement positive change.
My specialization is assisting individuals navigating life change and transitions, coping with grief and loss, and reducing the impact and effects of trauma and traumatic experiences. I believe that everyone possesses the strengths and tools needed to achieve healing goals, my role as a therapist is to help you access and utilize these strengths effectively.
